What you will do

• Produce and edit short- and long-form video for corporate communications, brand campaigns, recruiting, leadership messaging, events, and community initiatives.
• Plan and execute pre-production, filming, interviews, photography, and professional equipment setup.
• Complete post-production, including color correction, audio mixing, captioning, graphics, basic motion graphics, and final asset delivery.
• Repurpose multimedia content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, websites, internal communications, and live events.
• Support podcasting, webinars, livestreams, remote interviews, and promotional content creation.
• Maintain organized media libraries, equipment, project files, releases, and completed assets while troubleshooting routine production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in video production, digital media, communications, photography, film, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant production experience, including professional, internship, freelance, academic, or volunteer work.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong videography, video editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or an equivalent editing platform; knowledge of After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Lightroom is desirable.
• Working knowledge of professional or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, stabilizers, teleprompters, codecs, compression, frame rates, resolutions, and media storage.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, collaborate with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and follow brand, legal, safety, and accessibility requirements.

• Professional photography and photo-editing experience.
• Experience with interviews, podcasts, voiceovers, webinars, or livestreams.
• Experience in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, event, or similarly complex production environments.
