Content & Media Producer

Location: Seattle, WA; on-site

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Plan, film, edit, and deliver video, photography, webinars, livestreams, and other multimedia content.
• Conduct interviews with advisors, executives, teammates, clients, and community partners, turning their ideas into accessible stories.
• Manage post-production, including editing, light motion graphics, captioning, audio, formatting, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Produce live, virtual, and hybrid events by preparing production plans, run-of-show documents, speaker materials, and technical setups.
• Publish and optimize content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms, including content repurposing.
• Monitor audience engagement, channel growth, webinar participation, SEO, and AI discoverability, using insights to improve content performance.

Requirements

• Professional experience producing video, photography, webinars, social media, or other multimedia content.
• Strong experience with cameras, lighting, audio, video editing, and post-production tools.
• Working knowledge of webinar, livestream, and virtual event production.
• Experience publishing and optimizing content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar platforms.
• Strong project management, communication, organization, creative judgment, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio or examples of relevant video, photography, webinar, or digital content work.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics, SEO, generative AI, motion graphics, or content management tools.
• Curiosity about emerging media technologies and willingness to experiment and adapt.
