Specialist II, Materials Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own and drive material requirements planning for raw materials in line with inventory policies and production plans.
• Monitor inventory, safety stock, reorder points, material forecasts, and economically optimized order quantities.
• Coordinate material availability, inspection, release, and delivery with manufacturing, warehousing, quality, procurement, and suppliers.
• Support SAP master data and functionality, S&OP activities, KPI management, and continuous improvement plans.
• Manage inventory expiry, obsolescence, write-offs, and disposal processes.
• Handle supplier change notifications, corrective actions, non-conforming materials, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Engineering, or a Science field.
• At least five years of supply chain experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP and inventory control systems, ERP platforms, preferably SAP, and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize demand, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, leadership, teamwork, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with high accountability and professional maturity.
