TL;DR

Field Service Eng-Boise ID (Equipment Installation and Customer Support): Installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing complex customer equipment and systems with an accent on operational quality, system maintenance, and technical customer support. Focus on resolving hardware, software, PC, and networking issues while coordinating technical matters between customers and internal teams.

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; on-site customer support and equipment installation

Salary: $33.16–$49.74 per hour

What you will do

Perform on-site installation of complex equipment and systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair system hardware and software.
Check and approve the operational quality of installed equipment.
Instruct customers on system operation and maintenance.
Act as the liaison between customers and internal sales, support, and engineering teams.
Provide field support for PCs, networking, and wireless networking.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
0–1 year of professional experience.
Ability to provide customer-facing technical support and resolve equipment and system issues.
