Field Service Engineer II (C2)

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; onsite customer work required

Salary: $31.00–$42.40 per hour

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade hirify.global equipment at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers and internal teams to improve equipment performance and business processes.
• Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to support smooth operations.

Requirements

• Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
• 1–2 years of customer service, field service, or related technical experience; 2–4 years preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and resolve basic technical challenges.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters, plus basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport if travel is required, and ability to meet onsite safety and environmental requirements.
