Systems Engineering Intern (Robotics)

What you will do

• Triage and prioritize critical system issues reported by internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of live autonomous system incidents.
• Investigate performance factors impacting productivity and safety, such as harsh braking.
• Design and build automation tools to streamline issue triage and analysis.
• Optimize operational workflows to improve overall system performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python with experience in software debugging and deployment.
• Strong analytical thinking and methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to commit to a 4-6 month internship.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary team environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working on robotics or autonomous systems projects.
• Familiarity with robotics frameworks such as ROS.
• Knowledge of performance analytics, machine learning techniques, or data visualization tools.
