Salary: $185,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous capabilities for heavy construction equipment.
• Architect high-level planners for new construction tasks.
• Mentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams through technical design reviews and implementation.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams to integrate robotic systems into the field.
• Improve the reliability, safety, and performance of deployed autonomous systems.
• Own technical road maps and help shape long-term product strategy.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing robotics or autonomous systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
• Experience with robotic frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.
• Experience with controls, motion planning, localization, and/or perception systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time software architectures.
