Manager, Corporate Finance and Strategy

Location: Santa Ana, California headquarters or remote from San Francisco, California. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $115,000–$175,000 per year, with potential eligibility for additional compensation.

What you will do

• Manage annual operating plans and quarterly planning cycles for corporate functions, including submissions, iteration, and consolidation.
• Support long-range planning, scenario analysis, quarterly forecasting, corporate operating expense planning, allocations, and cash flow forecasting.
• Own areas of monthly and quarterly close, including variance analysis, close metrics, and leadership reporting.
• Prepare analysis and narrative for quarterly board materials, board books, and executive reporting packages.
• Own company-wide headcount planning and approval processes, partnering with People, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition on Workday data integrity.
• Administer and improve Workday Adaptive Planning, including model structure, dimensionality, security, integrations, and data integrity.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, investing, or finance operations.
• End-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, close support, variance analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and driver-based financial modeling skills.
• Strong Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial systems experience, with willingness to take administrator-level ownership.
• Experience with financial systems and tools such as NetSuite and Workday, an AI-first mindset, strong data quality instincts, and knowledge of GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Adaptive Planning administration, model-building, integrations, or dimensional redesign experience.
• Experience rebuilding planning processes or directing an analyst’s work on shared deliverables.
• Experience with headcount planning, HRIS data, allocation frameworks, consumer, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.
• Passion for collectibles or sports.
