Regional Security Specialist

Location: Based in the Rubi or Manchester office, Spain or the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Support regional security systems, investigations, processes, and global security initiatives.
• Install, operate, and maintain CCTV, access control, burglar alarm, fire alarm, and life-safety systems.
• Support security and safety audits, investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, suppliers, access badge issuance, and security officer training.
• Monitor and report criminal or suspicious activity and support background checks, traveller safety, and delivery investigations.
• Compile security data and KPIs to improve systems and programme readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience with regional or global security systems and programmes.
• Fluent English required; applications must be submitted in English.
• Strong working knowledge of CCTV systems such as Avigilon, access control such as ProWatch, and alarm systems such as Tyco.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in project coordination or management.
• Security Regulation training.
