Security Cyber Risk & Compliance Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Farnborough, United Kingdom; onsite 5 days per week. Candidates must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including applicable residency requirements, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Some roles may have nationality requirements.

What you will do

• Support security initiatives under the direction of senior security personnel.
• Help implement security policies, standards, and controls.
• Monitor security events and incidents, escalating and documenting issues as needed.
• Assist with incident response investigations and reporting.
• Support compliance audits and maintain accurate security documentation.
• Contribute to security awareness training and cross-functional security improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant industry experience in information security or a similar role.
• Experience with risk management, compliance, and security technologies.
• Current knowledge of security best practices and industry trends.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and eligibility for applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification.
