Insider Risk Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead Insider Risk analysis for the EMEA region while supporting broader Global Security priorities.
• Identify, assess, and communicate threats, vulnerabilities, and risks involving the workforce, information, systems, and operations.
• Conduct impartial investigations, including interviews, evidence analysis, documentation, and preparation of findings and recommendations.
• Brief senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on risks and investigative findings.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies, awareness materials, newsletters, case studies, briefings, and targeted communications.
• Partner with Information Security, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and other functions on investigations, outreach, training, and risk management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom for this remote role.
• 3+ years of experience in insider threat or insider risk, intelligence analysis, corporate security, investigations, government security, risk management, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing, investigative report writing, and presenting complex issues.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills for handling sensitive situations.
• Familiarity with insider risk principles, investigative practices, cybersecurity concepts, and security-related tools, including open-source intelligence research.
• Experience working independently in a remote, global environment and using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in government, military, intelligence, law enforcement, defence contracting, or another national security environment.
• Experience with insider risk, fraud, counterintelligence, corporate security, or complex investigations.
• Experience developing security education, training, awareness campaigns, or workforce communications.
• Knowledge of UK, European, or global employment, privacy, and data protection considerations.
• Experience working within a global technology organization.
