Security Manager, Europe

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; onsite in the office 5 days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the EU.

Salary: €91,932.96–€105,722.90 per year, with potential additional bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead European security operations across sites, managing internal personnel and contracted security providers.
• Plan workforce operations, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and career development.
• Own the regional security strategy, roadmap, budgets, headcount, KPIs, SLAs, and strategic projects.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, training programs, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with Technical Security on access control, surveillance, video monitoring, alarm systems, and related infrastructure.
• Lead incident response, investigations, emergency activities, executive communications, and collaboration with HR, Legal, Facilities, and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate security management experience and at least 10 years of total security experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep expertise in physical security, including access control, CCTV, video management, intrusion detection, guest management, key control, and fire life-safety systems.
• Experience with security assessments, incident investigations, risk methodologies, policies, training programs, and complex security projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• EU work authorization and successful completion of a criminal background check are required.

Nice to have

• ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.
• Experience in travel safety, crisis management, executive protection, or business continuity.
