What you will do

• Manage and maintain oversight of the transaction banking product landscape.
• Support the full product lifecycle, including launches, strategic growth initiatives, enhancements, maintenance, and reviews.
• Coordinate product change, approval, and governance processes.
• Support regulatory changes, issue remediation, risk assessment, and documentation management.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Prepare management communications and reporting while developing product governance frameworks and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in product management or financial services.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand complex topics.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
