What you will do

• Define and communicate the long-term roadmap for money-movement solutions in line with company OKRs.
• Translate market insights and user pain points into product specifications and guide features from concept to launch.
• Analyze merchant workflows, regulatory trends, and business economics to identify revenue opportunities.
• Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Product Marketing, Commercial, and executive stakeholders on complex initiatives.
• Turn strategic goals into prioritized epics and user stories while balancing technical debt and new features.
• Maintain a transparent, data-driven roadmap and track delivery against success metrics.

Requirements

• Experience shipping and scaling revenue-generating financial products.
• Background in payment processors, fintech startups, or regulated financial institutions.
• Proven end-to-end product ownership from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
• Ability to develop multi-year roadmaps and drive sprint-level execution in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder influence, business acumen, and experience building business cases and modeling impact.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with technical and executive audiences.
