Transaction Banking Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define, develop, and deliver data and insight propositions for large corporate and institutional clients.
• Lead analysis of complex datasets from multiple sources to identify themes, insights, and commercial implications.
• Own delivery of a portfolio of data and analytics initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Translate business needs into data product requirements and oversee delivery by product, analytics, and technology teams.
• Oversee data management, analytics, reporting capabilities, and improvements to data processes and tooling.
• Manage product governance, stakeholder relationships, client adoption, and communication of insights and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in data product management within treasury, financial services, fintech, or a data provider environment.
• Strong ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into commercially relevant opportunities and solutions.
• Proven experience delivering data products, analytics initiatives, or data-led change programmes from concept through implementation.
• Experience collaborating with data, analytics, technology, risk, and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of data governance, risk management, privacy, and regulatory requirements for data products and analytics solutions.
