Product Manager (Currency Expansion & Payments)

What you will do

• Own the European currency pipeline from Alpha through General Availability, including liquidity partner onboarding, settlement readiness, compliance clearance, operational setup, pricing, and launch approvals.
• Set roadmap priorities, write product specifications, prioritize engineering sprints, and coordinate capacity with the Engineering Manager.
• Lead product discussions with liquidity providers and banking partners, translate partner constraints into product decisions, and run pricing experiments.
• Coordinate with Legal and Regulatory on jurisdiction-specific requirements across the UK, EU, and broader European markets.
• Track post-launch trading activity, identify adoption friction, and partner with go-to-market teams to increase corridor activation.
• Build and continuously improve a repeatable European currency launch playbook.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience owning complex, multi-dependency delivery processes for B2B or infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience with cross-border payments, FX, card networks, digital assets, or related financial infrastructure.
• Experience shipping products across multiple countries or regulatory jurisdictions.
• Understanding of settlement, liquidity provisioning, compliance clearance, and banking partner onboarding.
• Strong operational rigor in managing complex workflows, dependencies, checklists, and launch readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience with European payment rails such as SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, or CHAPS.
• Knowledge of FCA, EU PSD2/PSD3, or MiCA regulatory environments.
• Background with card networks, payment schemes, or large-scale processors.
• Familiarity with stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp infrastructure, or crypto payment products.
