Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; the product scope covers the Canada market.

What you will do

• Define and execute strategies for merchant onboarding and servicing experiences.
• Own the product roadmap and align investments with market needs, customer insights, and business priorities.
• Translate customer feedback and market trends into product enhancements.
• Influence sales, operations, technology, and leadership stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Use data-driven decision-making, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement to advance product performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related field.
• Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to gather customer insights and translate them into product requirements and experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
• Experience delivering business or technology solutions in complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or payments, especially merchant onboarding or servicing.
• Background in Agile product development, software delivery, or business analysis.
• Experience supporting products across multiple markets and navigating customer, regulatory, or business requirements.
