Chief of Staff, Product (Fintech)

Location: London office, 2–3 days per week

Salary: £100,000–£150,000 per year plus performance-linked incentive awards

What you will do

• Help the Chief Product Officer formulate and drive strategic projects, product roadmaps, organisational goals, and product strategy.
• Lead strategic and ad-hoc initiatives that improve the speed and effectiveness of Product delivery.
• Analyse performance data and create regular reporting cadences, including coordinating monthly business reviews.
• Work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and senior leadership to resolve priorities, dependencies, headcount, and stakeholder challenges.
• Support Product team engagement, performance management, and progression initiatives.
• Prepare communications and brief the CPO for interactions with regulators, investors, journalists, Board members, and employee forums.

Requirements

• High autonomy and comfort working with ambiguity, complexity, and changing priorities.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to combine strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with spreadsheets, Looker, or similar tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, and alignment-building skills.
• Experience in Product, a high-growth company, or the technology sector, with an understanding of scaling Product organisations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to focus on high-leverage work.
