What you will do
- Design, launch and enhance credit card products meeting customer needs with P&L accountability.
- Shape product strategy, roadmaps and partnerships with external providers.
- Collaborate with Platform, Engineering, Everyday Banking and risk teams for compliant delivery.
- Deliver initiatives on partnerships or instalments, balancing value, commercial and risk factors.
- Use data, insights and trends to inform prioritisation and decisions.
Requirements
- Location: Chester or Manchester, hybrid with minimum office attendance
- 3+ years product management experience delivering end-to-end products in financial services or regulated environments.
- Strategy delivery, translating into roadmaps and plans.
- 3+ years cross-functional agile delivery with tech, engineering, operations and risk.
- Strong analytical skills using data, customer insight and market trends.
- Stakeholder management, communication and customer-centric mindset aligned to Consumer Duty.

- Credit cards, payments or BNPL experience.
- External partner management.
- Product experimentation or test-and-learn.
