Service Operations Representative (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate deliveries from booking through successful drop-off.
• Support customers and drivers through chat and phone.
• Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure smooth delivery completion.
• Provide operational feedback and identify logistics pain points for process optimization.

Requirements

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a self-starting approach.
