Customer Operations Representative (Logistics)

Location: Cincinnati, OH, United States; onsite

Salary: $50,000 per year, plus eligibility for monthly performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Manage operational workflows for designated freight accounts while providing customer service.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, shipment delays, and other freight-related issues.
• Schedule freight pickup and delivery appointments and provide status updates to relevant parties.
• Enter data and build orders in Redwood’s proprietary transportation management system.
• Verify freight charges, resolve accounting discrepancies, and prepare orders for final invoicing.
• Generate and process order paperwork while coordinating with customers and carrier account teams.

Requirements

• Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to change focus quickly in response to market conditions and company needs.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Availability for full-time onsite work Monday through Friday, generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
