Project Modeler (Revit)

Location: Remote, United States; travel required 10–15%

What you will do

• Produce structural drawings and Revit models that meet quality standards.
• Execute advanced modeling involving complex geometry, detailed components, special-condition elements, and complex Revit families.
• Perform quality control, takeoffs, target value modeling, and ensure construction documents are accurately represented.
• Create and communicate sprint plans, estimate effort, manage deliverables, and address roadblocks.
• Coordinate design changes and model challenges with project disciplines, project managers, and clients.
• Participate in continuing education and improve BIM standards, materials, markets, and project-type knowledge.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong structural modeling capabilities.
• Working knowledge of BIM standards, modeling procedures, and coordination workflows.
• Ability to develop detailed structural drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, construction methods, complex modeling, parametric families, and advanced Revit tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities while working independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external clients.
