Bulk Carrier Sales Representative

What you will do

• Establish, negotiate, and maintain carrier relationships for chemical freight accounts.
• Develop core and dedicated carrier capacity for assigned freight networks and lanes.
• Support safe, reliable, on-time pickup and delivery while maintaining high service levels.
• Monitor carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors affecting freight markets.
• Maintain carrier profiles, including requirements, needs, contacts, and operational information.
• Meet or exceed individual and team financial and performance goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in carrier management, carrier sales, or a related position.
• Prior bulk freight experience or experience with related transportation modes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid role based in Exton, Pennsylvania, United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3PL operations or prior experience in freight brokerage.
• Prior experience with a transportation management system.
• Experience working with chemical freight.
