Project Manager Lead for Operations (Fintech)

Location: Makati, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Lead and develop operations, service delivery, or infrastructure teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee 24/7 production operations to maintain application availability, stability, and service continuity.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management while managing escalations and executive stakeholder communications.
• Deliver services against SLAs, KPIs, and business expectations, and optimize resource utilization.
• Establish operational policies, standards, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity readiness while managing budgets and operational costs.

Requirements

• Experience leading IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure teams in high-availability production environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in incident, problem, and change management, risk management, operational controls, and continuity planning.
• Experience leading distributed teams and managing stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in technology or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or fintech, with familiarity with application lifecycle management and software development practices.
• Knowledge of networks, systems, cloud technologies, ITIL service management frameworks, budgeting, and cost optimization.
