What you will do
- Facilitate Agile activities including stand-ups, iteration reviews, and sprint planning.
- Assess squad Scrum maturity and coach teams toward more advanced practices at a sustainable pace.
- Align initiative outcomes, scope, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage initiative execution, development activities, resources, commitments, and vendor coordination from start to finish.
- Establish Agile and project management metrics and ensure accurate artifact management.
- Close projects or phases, transition final products to operations, and verify realization of business benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a computer-related course.
- At least 6 years of experience managing complex projects, strategy execution, and product development.
- Proven experience in Agile environments and managing resources with diverse skill sets.
- Technical proficiency and a development background.
- Experience with a fintech vendor or a large financial institution.
