TL;DR
Lead Project Manager (Azure/SaaS): Managing the onboarding and infrastructure process for clients on the Azure cloud platform with an accent on platform design, deployment, and stakeholder management. Focus on delivering multi-stream infrastructure projects, reducing risk, and ensuring successful client Go-live in the APAC region.
Location: Hybrid in Manila (2 days/week in office); willingness to travel to client sites in APAC.

What you will do
- Manage the full Infrastructure Onboarding process using agile methods from design through to client Go-live.
- Coordinate multiple onboarding projects, identifying tasks, dependencies, and resource estimations while providing status updates.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering workshops and manage handovers between Sales, Onboarding, and Run Operations.
- Create and maintain essential project artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, and change management documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure high customer value and reduced risk for the company.
- Collaborate with the Global PMO to improve and document onboarding best practices globally.
Requirements
- Experience delivering multi-stream infrastructure platform, migration, and transformation projects in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of financial technology and business processes for asset managers, pension funds, or banks.
- Familiarity with Software As A Service (SaaS) and hosted cloud environments (MS Azure is a plus).
- Current PMI/PMP certification or willingness to obtain it within 12-24 months of hire.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be based in Manila and able to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in office).

- Experience with implementation-focused projects specifically within the Financial Technology sector.
