Lead Project Manager (Azure/SaaS)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement with office attendance two days per week. Working hours follow a flexible APAC schedule with a few hours of overlap with EMEA timings.

What you will do

• Manage infrastructure onboarding projects for SimCorp's Azure cloud hosting platform and SaaS products across the APAC region.
• Deliver projects through all phases, from sales handover and platform design to development, deployment, client go-live, and transition to run operations.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, including dependencies, task planning, resource estimates, status reporting, and project financials.
• Facilitate business requirements workshops and coordinate client, consulting, SaaS operations, and innovation stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, change management processes, and other project artifacts.
• Identify and mitigate risks, monitor customer feedback, motivate project teams, and improve onboarding practices globally.

Requirements

• Experience delivering multi-stream infrastructure platform, migration, and transformation projects in complex business environments.
• Strong understanding of financial technology and business processes, particularly in asset management, pension funds, insurance, or banking.
• Familiarity with SaaS and hosted cloud environments; previous experience with Microsoft Azure is beneficial.
• Current PMI/PMP certification or willingness to sit for the exam within 12–24 months of hire.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in APAC from time to time.
