What you will do

• Define and implement operational resilience strategies, specifically for Global Business continuity and Crisis management.
• Engage with stakeholders across Tech and Business functions globally to act as a brand ambassador for Operational Resilience.
• Orchestrate complex changes across different countries and business lines, providing guidance and communication.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments while facilitating decision-making processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases for the Operational Resilience (OpRes) Tool.
• Maintain and own the OpRes tool backlog.

Requirements

• Experience managing content-related change within an international context and collaborating across diverse cultures.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage complex organizational structures.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational sensitivity and a can-do attitude.
• Proven ability to build trust and engagement with senior-level stakeholders.
• English: C1 level (Excellent) required
