What you will do

• Define and implement the operational resilience strategy, focusing on global business continuity management, crisis management, and resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, business units, and countries to understand operational resilience requirements.
• Orchestrate complex change across countries, business lines, and functions through communication and guidance.
• Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and use cases for the Operational Resilience tool.
• Own and maintain the OpRes tool backlog.

Requirements

• Experience managing content-related change in an international environment.
• Experience collaborating across borders, cultures, countries, tribes, and functional lines.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity with resilience and organisational sensitivity.
• Proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach with a can-do mentality.
• Ability to build trust and engagement with senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent English proficiency.
