What you will do

• Drive strategy planning and related activities supporting business growth and revenue.
• Identify weaknesses and opportunities in current strategies by analyzing internal processes, risks, and market trends.
• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and drive results.
• Monitor and report strategic project progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify execution risks and develop mitigation strategies with project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High adaptability and responsiveness to changing business needs.
