Studio Project Manager (Maternity Cover) (iGaming)

Location: Montreal, Canada; hybrid working practices

What you will do

• Manage assigned projects delivering new game content, market launches, and major feature improvements against agreed requirements.
• Create detailed project plans with project teams and track progress through completion.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, impediments, and project-related production incidents.
• Coordinate with teams outside the project when business processes affect delivery.
• Prepare internal delivery reporting and provide regular updates to studio management, escalating unresolved risks and issues.
• Identify and raise improvements to project management and development practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of previous project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, remain resilient under pressure, and communicate confidently.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to support financial management, project creation, and time tracking.

Nice to have

• APM, PMQ, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certification.
• Servant leadership or Agile experience.
• Technical capacity to translate technical language.
• iGaming industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
