Project Manager

Location: Remote; candidates may work anywhere in Canada or the United States. Preference for EST or CST timezone availability. Travel within North America and internationally is required as needed, approximately 25–50%; candidates must hold a valid passport and be legally eligible to travel to Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Salary: 90K–110K USD annually

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships and implementation projects from start-up through post-implementation follow-up.
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, scope, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
• Lead scope negotiations, impact analysis, expectation management, and changes to project requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while maintaining risk registers and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate the resolution of project issues and delays to support timely implementation.
• Communicate project progress, critical issues, implications, and updates to clients and leadership.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within North America and internationally.
• Must be legally eligible to travel internationally and hold a valid passport plus any required entry visas.

• Experience managing CIS or ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in the utilities sector.
• Experience working in a PMO.
