Technical Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada; onsite four days per week. Work arrangements may change according to business needs.

Salary: CAD 72,920–143,934 annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple technical projects with limited guidance, from planning through delivery.
• Assess and manage changes affecting scope, schedules, budgets, quality, stakeholders, and risks.
• Coordinate stakeholder relationships and represent project teams in technical discussions with customers and partners.
• Track team roadmaps, resolve risks, and keep teams aligned with milestones and deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners, game development studios, and Demonware teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional technical project management experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 qualification.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and global locations.
• Experience with technical projects involving multiple teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and situational leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, rework complex project plans, anticipate change, take responsibility, and coach successful teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Atlassian product suite.
