Manufacturing Engineer I

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Implement and maintain manufacturing processes supporting line efficiency, material flow, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production line issues, support production audits, and manage rework projects.
• Conduct time studies and support new product introductions, Kanban, and line-side replenishment.
• Optimize work center layouts and material flow while supporting shop-floor continuous improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis, maintain quality notifications, and improve throughput and lead time.
• Assist with work instructions, SOPs, LMES configuration, and KPI improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Experience with manufacturing process improvement.
• Knowledge of lean principles and Kanban.
• Experience with AutoCAD or a similar program.
