Finance Operations Specialist

Location: Houston office, hybrid

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Manage weekly payroll operations and help ensure hundreds of electricians are paid accurately and on time.
• Monitor cash flow entering and leaving the business.
• Coordinate invoicing and collections communications with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support on payroll and finance operations.
• Support payroll-related compliance, month-end close, and ad hoc finance projects.
• Improve operational processes within a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
