Engineering Manager (Magna AI)

What you will do

• Build, develop, and lead high-performing engineering organizations delivering reliable, scalable, and business-impactful solutions.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and translate business needs into measurable outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven practices to improve productivity, solution quality, and operational efficiency.
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and effective delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Hire, coach, and develop talent while fostering ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in software engineering, data, analytics, quality assurance, or information technology.
• Strong understanding of software development, quality engineering, service delivery, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience using data, metrics, and business insights to support decisions and measurable results.
• Experience leading organizational change, process improvement, or technology transformation initiatives, preferably involving AI or automation.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
