Experienced Engineer for Reliability (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and analyze reliability qualification activities for semiconductor technologies and process changes.
• Design and characterize reliability test structures to establish reliability models and design rules.
• Perform reliability assessments and failure analysis for technology development, fab excursions, and customer issues.
• Analyze reliability data and recommend improvements to process robustness and product reliability.
• Develop reliability models for device degradation and wear-out mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Technology Development, Manufacturing, and Design teams while improving reliability methods, test cycle time, data integrity, and documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, technology development, process integration, or device engineering.
• Understanding of semiconductor reliability failure mechanisms, including HCI, NBTI, TDDB, and Electromigration.
• Experience with reliability qualification, data analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
