• Define and execute failure analysis strategies to investigate process and product failures.
• Conduct laboratory evaluations of electrical and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Proficiency in semiconductor device physics.
• Experience with digital or analog circuit design and validation.
• Knowledge of defect detection or fault isolation methodologies in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills for documenting and sharing technical findings.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
