Technician I-III, Ops Support – Facilities

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair facility, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building support systems.
• Perform operational and preventive maintenance on facilities and process equipment.
• Monitor clean-room environmental standards and facility data collection requirements.
• Work with engineers to resolve issues and plan, install, and modify equipment and systems.
• Identify nonconformances, support corrective solutions, and apply the Quality Management System.
• Support technician training and serve on the Emergency Response Team.

Requirements

• Technician I: 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing or production environment.
• Technician II: 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Technician III: 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial or commercial HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building support equipment.
• Experience using a respirator and a high school diploma.
• For U.S. office work, must meet applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylum status, or other required authorization.
• Must be able to work onsite, stand and walk for an entire 8+ hour shift, work at heights and in tight spaces, lift up to 25 pounds, and work extended hours, weekends, and varied shifts as needed.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• Building automation, HVAC, plumbing, pipe fitting, irrigation, or low- and high-voltage electrical experience.
• Forklift, OSHA, safety training, or clean-room experience.
• Knowledge of automated building controls, motor controls, compressed air and gas systems, electronics, CCTV, and fire or security alarm systems.
