HVAC Mechanic II - Maintenance - Full Time (HVAC)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; on-site facility work with a 7:00–3:30 Monday–Friday schedule, rotating on-call coverage, and holidays.

What you will do

• Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance, establish inspection schedules, and initiate corrective repairs.
• Repair compressors, pumps, valves, traps, refrigeration systems, electrical controls, thermostats, and related HVAC components.
• Install and support ducting, piping, heating systems, refrigerant equipment, air conditioning units, and building automation components.
• Operate and maintain energy management systems, adjust controls, and improve HVAC efficiency.
• Maintain accurate equipment histories, repair records, refrigerant-use records, parts inventories, and purchase requisitions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience working on central HVAC equipment.
• Required Heating and A/C refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver's license required and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Must work on-site in Manchester, New Hampshire, with rotating on-call and holiday coverage.
