Partner Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $250,000–$290,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Own annual and quarterly planning for the partner-led go-to-market motion, including targets, pipeline coverage, priorities, investments, and resource allocation.
• Build forecasting discipline through stage definitions, pipeline hygiene, forecast methodology, regular reviews, and risk visibility.
• Develop partner economics, pricing models, ROI analyses, revenue-share and discount scenarios, incentives, and margin-impact assessments.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Legal on commercial strategy and repeatable frameworks for referral, reseller, channel, and co-sell models.
• Own the CRM data model and operational infrastructure for partnerships, including workflows, reporting, data quality, and automation.
• Run partner business reviews and executive operating cadences while identifying lifecycle bottlenecks and building scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, pricing or deal strategy, strategic finance, business operations, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, including forecasting and commercial scenario evaluation.
• Strong understanding of B2B revenue mechanics, pipeline management, conversion analysis, and performance reporting.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, deal strategy, or complex commercial decisions in enterprise software or a similar business model.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and reporting tools, including defining data requirements and improving operational workflows.
• Strong commercial judgment, executive communication, and stakeholder management across GTM, Finance, Legal, Product, and senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with strategic alliances, channel partnerships, marketplaces, or partner-led revenue motions.
• Experience with outcome-based, usage-based, or consumption pricing.
• SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools, Salesforce, or partner relationship management platforms.
• Experience building Revenue Operations, pricing, or partner operations capabilities in a high-growth AI or SaaS company.
• Experience supporting complex global partnerships across multiple regions and commercial models.
