Primary Care Physician (Women's Healthcare)

Location: San Francisco clinic, California, United States. Full-time schedule includes approximately three days per week of in-person clinical care and two protected days for care model innovation and cross-functional work.

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 annually, plus a 10% target quarterly performance bonus and equity grants.

What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive care, acute concerns, and chronic condition management.
• Build trusted, longitudinal patient relationships and integrate women’s health needs into primary care.
• Collaborate with gynecology, mental health, nursing, and wellness colleagues.
• Use protected innovation time to improve clinical programs, workflows, and care models.
• Design clinical protocols, care pathways, patient journeys, and provider tools with clinical, product, operations, and technology teams.
• Support pilots and evaluate improvements in quality, access, efficiency, and provider experience.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active California medical license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Experience providing comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Strong interest in women’s health and whole-person care.
• Interest or experience in clinical innovation, quality improvement, care model design, workflow development, population health, or healthcare technology.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and adaptability in an evolving healthcare environment.
