What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive preventive health screenings using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support.
• Create personalized, action-oriented health plans based on screening data and support member follow-through.
• Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to APPs, strengthening clinical quality and team performance.
• Collaborate with Operators, APPs, and care teams to improve continuity of care and the member experience.

Requirements

• Active New York State medical license required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent required.
• At least one year of post-residency experience.
• At least one year of recent outpatient experience within the past five years.
• Comfort working in a technology-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.
• Commitment to preventive medicine, member-centered care, and collaborative team performance.
