What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan in a fully outpatient setting.
• See approximately 16–20 patients per day and deliver patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principles.
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams to coordinate treatment and improve outcomes.
• Document care and manage patient records using an EMR.
• Provide shared after-hours call coverage and participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Rhode Island medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in a team-based, technology-enabled care environment.
