DevOps / Infra Lead (AWS)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the AWS infrastructure supporting the finance platform.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code for services, queues, and environments using Pulumi with Python.
• Improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, frequent deployments.
• Investigate production incidents involving latency, deployments, and database load.
• Strengthen observability with dashboards, alerts, and traces using Grafana Cloud, CloudWatch, and Sentry.
• Harden security, secrets management, access controls, cloud cost, and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python or another object-oriented language.
• Backend expertise in APIs, microservices, and architecture best practices.
• Experience with databases, SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Comfort with Git, version control, and code reviews.
• Pragmatic engineering mindset with strong ownership, automation, incident response, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in building reliable infrastructure for AI agents.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or finance and ERP tools.
• Experience with BaaS APIs or payment infrastructure.
• Exposure to serverless systems, AWS, and event-driven architecture.
