DevOps Team Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a DevOps team while contributing hands-on to architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Evolve the software development lifecycle with AI-driven methodologies and agentic AI tools.
• Own and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and Snowflake data warehouse environments.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, vendors, SaaS and AI tooling, and resource allocation based on business value.
• Enforce security standards and data privacy protocols across infrastructure and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead position.
• Expert experience with AWS services and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Snowflake environments.
• Ability to make infrastructure decisions based on commercial impact, cost efficiency, and user growth.
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code with Terraform or Pulumi, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and production integration of AI/ML models.
• Ability to explain complex infrastructure postures and budget rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
