Lead DevOps Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Own and provide technical leadership for the AWS cloud infrastructure supporting the Accounts platform.
• Design, build, and improve secure, resilient, scalable cloud architectures and production environments.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform and develop reusable standards, patterns, and tooling.
• Define monitoring, observability, alerting, operational controls, and cloud infrastructure governance.
• Lead production incident response, mentor engineering colleagues, and contribute to platform strategy and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code at scale.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, operational metrics, and service reliability.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, networking, and infrastructure governance.
• Automation and scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar technologies, plus experience applying DevOps and SRE principles.
