DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Design and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD workflows using ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions.
• Manage ephemeral environments for pull requests and feature branches with Kubernetes, Crossplane, and Terraform.
• Build secure deployment workflows with access controls, audit trails, secret scanning, VPN, and SSO.
• Improve observability using Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, OpenTelemetry, and log aggregation systems.
• Implement canary analysis, blue-green deployments, rollback policies, and SLO tracking.
• Collaborate with R&D and backend teams on infrastructure, FinOps-aware environments, performance, and incident response.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools, preferably ArgoCD.
• Solid knowledge of AWS, GCP, networking, VPCs, ALBs, and DNS.
• Experience with observability tools, log aggregation, IAM, MFA, vulnerability scanning, and SOC2 fundamentals.
• Ability to script in Bash, Python, or Go and balance automation with security and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with ephemeral or on-demand environments.
• Experience managing Confluent Kafka, MongoDB Atlas, EKS, and other cloud-native services.
