Salary: $168,000–$276,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own the narrative, positioning, and proof points for the Data Platform.
• Translate data and machine learning technology into business-outcome messaging for insurance industry technical leaders.
• Build technical content, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market programs that drive pipeline and platform adoption.
• Deliver industry conference keynotes and deep technical customer workshops with solution consulting.
• Partner with product and engineering to bring new products and capabilities to market.
• Track the data and AI market, inform product direction, and develop customer stories demonstrating measurable business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical go-to-market experience in product marketing, solution engineering, or product management at an enterprise software company.
• Experience marketing technical data, analytics, or AI products.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fluency with data lakes, lakehouses, data warehousing, ETL and ELT pipelines, data modeling, and batch and real-time data architecture.
• Hands-on exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, plus knowledge of data analytics, AI, machine learning, LLMs, and data science.
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, MLOps, model governance, explainability, and bias, with strong writing, presentation, keynote, and technical content skills.
