Customer Onboarding Specialist (SaaS)

hirify.global provides a SaaS platform for hoteliers and property owners.

What you will do

• Guide new customers through launching and using the hirify.global platform.
• Train hoteliers and property owners so they become autonomous users.
• Build customer relationships and contribute to satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a reliable point of contact during onboarding and help identify suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and teammates to deliver a consistent onboarding experience.
• Share customer feedback and ideas to improve onboarding practices.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with outstanding communication skills in English and Italian.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Clear communication, empathy, adaptability, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Organization, reliability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in the travel tech industry.
• Experience with Stripe, Notion, Intercom, or Zendesk.
