Salary: $149,000–$204,600 base annual pay

What you will do

• Design, implement, and run software tests for mobile robot drive and pick-and-place capabilities.
• Develop simulation-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing for robot behavior verification.
• Own software integration testing across robotic systems and subsystems.
• Lead scalable test framework development for multiple robot platforms.
• Implement scripting, data log parsing, and analysis for test execution and debugging.
• Collaborate with software developers on performance verification and conduct root-cause analysis of hardware and software issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, robotics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of engineering experience testing complex robotics and integrated hardware/software systems.
• Strong expertise in robotics systems testing, hardware integration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Bash, Linux, Git, and test automation frameworks such as PyTest.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization, data analysis, log parsing, and software QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ROS, Gazebo, robotics simulation platforms, and HIL/SIL testing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable robotic test frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
