What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to advise on financial decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Manage planning, budget, and forecast cycles for the Sales organization and set performance targets.
• Oversee enterprise deals from forecasting and structuring to revenue recognition, risk management, and reporting.
• Create complex financial models and ad-hoc analyses to support business cases and recommendations.
• Coordinate sales compensation plans and quota setting in partnership with the Global Commission Office.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Legal, and Tax teams to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in finance business partnering.
• Must be based in Poland.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and experience with budgeting/forecasting software (e.g., Anaplan).
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting, tax, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in the multinational software industry.
• Knowledge of AI, Power BI, Sigma, or Snowflake.
